What material do you use for your shirts?
Our base material is 100% heavy cotton, which provides the best quality and durability for our printing process.
How do I order a custom t-shirt?
You can use our custom design form to upload your image or artwork, add details about your design, and submit your request. We’ll review it, confirm your order, and start printing.
What file types do you accept for designs?
We recommend high-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF files. Vector files (AI, SVG) work best for sharp printing results.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes! We provide bulk discounts for small businesses, bands, and events. Contact us directly for a custom quote.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
Please allow up to 3 weeks from the day of payment (after all revisions are finalized) for your order to be fulfilled. Shipping delays may affect this timeframe.
How long does it take to receive my order once shipped?
Most U.S. shipments arrive within 3–5 business days after fulfillment. Shipping times can vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since each shirt is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an error on our part (misprint, wrong size shipped, etc.). Please double-check your order details before checkout.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, LavaLabz ships within the United States. We’re working on expanding international shipping soon.
Can I request a specific style or brand of shirt?
Yes! If you have a preferred shirt style (like Gildan, Bella+Canvas, or Comfort Colors), let us know when submitting your design request.
How do I care for my custom t-shirt?
To keep your design looking fresh:

• Tumble dry low or hang dry.
• Avoid ironing directly on the design.
